• On-boarding – We use a very detailed on-boarding SOP, plus our logistics team will study your products, sales patterns and shipping volumes before they even arrive at our warehouse, that includes UOM setups, slotting strategy, Quality Control and the type of resources needed to handle your products.
• Inventory upload – We will upload our in-house WMS with new product files with your SKU, UOM, LOT control and other critical information, by working with you to have the right setup.
• Slotting Strategy – We will use your sales information to locate your products in the right type of locations to optimize picking and integrity management.
• Barcode Scanning – Full view of your inventory data using barcode scans at every step of warehousing, order picking and packing, fulfillment, and delivery.
